I'm starting a new week and there are so many things that I want to will hold myself accountable for.
Work harder at work. (I've caught myself purposely dragging this project along just to keep my extra hours.)
Take my vitamins twice a day every day. I've done better than I expected at taking my vitamins. But, I want to do better.
Increase my activity. I'm not going to force myself to go to the gym everyday YET (work, holidays, and kids make that difficult) but I should take the dog for a walk once a day and get down on the floor and play with the kids.
Up the protein. I keep forgetting to stop at the store and get more protein supplements. I'm also not in the mood to eat lately. I would drink protein coffee for every meal if I could.. or go to Bonefish and get that Ahi Tuna. MMMMM....
I saw a number on the scale I haven't seen since 1998 or 1999. I'm not going to say it until I see it again. But, that was a nice feeling.
